Bookings & Payments

A 50% deposit is required for all bookings made 7 days or more before the service date. Bookings made within 7 days of travel require full payment at the time of booking. All fees must be paid by the due dates provided on the invoice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date are non-refundable, including any full payments already made.

Security Bond

A security bond may be required for certain charters or events. The bond is refundable, provided there is no damage, vandalism, excessive cleaning required, or breach of conduct. Any costs exceeding the bond amount will be invoiced to the hirer.

Terms & Conditions

Passenger Behaviour

Passengers must behave responsibly and follow all instructions from the driver. The company may refuse service or terminate a trip if passengers engage in unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or illegal behaviour. Smoking, vaping, and illicit substances are strictly prohibited on the vehicle.

Damage & Cleaning Fees

The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the hire period. Excessive cleaning fees may apply for spills, vomiting, or misuse of the bus.

Alcohol & Food

Consumption of food or alcohol is only permitted if approved at the time of booking. Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if required.

Schedule, Waiting Time & Delays

Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup time. Waiting time fees may apply for delays caused by the hirer. The company is not responsible for delays arising from traffic, weather, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.

Route & Itinerary

All routes must be confirmed at the time of booking. Any changes requested on the day of travel are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.

Passenger Limits

Passenger numbers must not exceed the legal seating capacity of the vehicle. Standing or sitting in non-designated areas is prohibited.

Lost Property

The company is not responsible for personal belongings left on the vehicle. Lost property will be held for a reasonable period before being disposed of.

Safety & Weather Conditions

The driver may modify or cancel a service if weather or road conditions are deemed unsafe. Safety is the priority, and the driver’s decision is final.

Liability

Passengers travel at their own risk. The company is not liable for personal injury, lost items, or financial loss except as required by law.
